smother this plant. Blooms
prolifically from spring until frost.
Foliage: Dark
green, lance shaped leaves offer a cool backdrop to noisy display of flowers.
Exposure: Full sun, moist yet well-drained soils.
Water: Will be
moderately drought tolerant once established.
Uses: Perennial borders, and perennial bedding plants.
Note: Excellent hummingbird plant.
